Black Fire Innovation is the first flagship tech hub in the 122-acre UNLV Harry Reid Research & Technology Park. This 45,000 square foot, one and a half story tenant improvement, is the first of its kind given its integrated resort and casino innovation lab. The lab includes classroom spaces, an e-sports arena space as well as mock casino and hotel room areas. Black Fire Innovation encourages entrepreneurship and innovation while bringing like-minded businesses together in a new environment.

The space is designed for class/boot camp style workouts to empower individuals to make lasting lifestyle transformations. As part of the Owner’s mission, this space was designed to be more than just a gym, it was created to integrate a healthy lifestyle through their culture of community.
