PLAYSTUDIOS is a global mobile game publisher with its Corporate HQ located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 17,000 sq. ft. PLAYSTUDIOS studio sits in the vibrant commercial and residential area in Summerlin. Burke Special Projects and BSP Studio provided construction management, design consultation and interior design services to PLAYSTUDIOS, delivering exceptional results from the Concept, Schematic, Design and Construction Drawings design phases to project handoff. The scope of this project included the expansion and remodel of the kitchen, as well as the addition of an outdoor patio and an upgraded exterior sign package. The PLAYSTUDIOS renovation featured the remodel of office space into a multi-purpose War Room, remodel of the loft patio and remodel of storage space into 2 conference rooms. The exterior of the building was enhanced with upgraded parking lighting and repainting of the entire building and parking structure.
