Southern Desert CC

This project consisted of three phases of expansions and additions to the Southern Desert CC. The first phase was a 100,263 square foot remodel of the center’s existing facility, converting the infirmary into offices, enclosing the outdoor visitor area as well as the addition of medical facilities and industrial kitchen equipment. The second two phases included the addition of a 16,000 square foot masonry block, 11,705 square foot kitchen facility, 10,917 square foot dining facility and 5,068 square foot laundry facility.
