Everi is a cutting-edge, environmentally conscious manufacturing building spanning 180,000 sq. ft. in the southwest region of Las Vegas, strategically situated just north of Interstate 215. Beyond serving as a pivotal production center, Everi boasts state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to advancing gaming hardware and software. The conception and execution of this venture were guided by the objective of centralizing the manufacturing and assembly processes within its premises. Notably, the project anticipates attaining a Level 3 Green Globes Certification, underscoring its commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices, as recognized by the Green Building Initiative.
