Summit Pro Shop

The Summit Pro Shop is a joint venture development of Discovery Land and The Howard Hughes Corporation in the most exclusive gated golf community in Las Vegas. The golf house itself is 5,300 square feet and this space was designed for flexibility of uses including dining, bar, lounge, sales and design center as well as office spaces. The space included multiple items that added the sense of luxury, including outdoor firepits, sliding doors, infrared patio heaters as well as 23′ cantilevered roof over the dining terrace.
