William R. Lummis Elementary School

The Comprehensive Modernization of William Lummis Elementary School includes the replacement of the IN AC equipment, EMS/BAS control system, new ER/TR buildout, removal and replacement of cast iron plumbing vent pipes, plumbing fixtures and water heaters, and the refurbishment of restrooms. Existing lighting was removed and replaced with LED light fixtures and all low voltage systems—such as security CCTV, intrusion detection, WIFI, etc. were all upgraded. In addition, all doors and hardware and existing ceilings were removed and replaced throughout, and high traffic areas were repainted in addition to various classroom. Exterior scope of work included re-caulk and paint of the school’s exterior areas.
