Jason, a seasoned accounting professional with more than three decades of experience and over two decades in leadership roles, brings a strategic and collaborative approach to financial management. A Southern Nevada native and graduate of UNLV’s Lee Business School, he understands the unique landscape of the community and values the relationships that help organizations grow and succeed. Jason has built his career around strong communication, team collaboration, and continuous improvement, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance operations and drive efficiency across the organization. He is known for his ability to listen, connect, and work alongside teams to develop thoughtful solutions that support both people and performance, fostering an environment where ideas can be shared and strengthened. Outside of the office, Jason enjoys being his daughter’s unofficial Lyft driver and spending time on the golf course. While he has maintained a single-digit handicap for nearly 40 years, he’s still waiting on that elusive hole-in-one.
