Vice President - Marketing & Strategy
As Vice President of Marketing and Strategy, Gitana Cafasso leads Burke Construction Group’s marketing, brand, and strategic growth initiatives. She joined the company just prior to graduating from UNLV and has grown her career alongside Burke, advancing through the organization while building a strong, well-rounded understanding of the business. Gitana brings a genuine appreciation for the construction industry and the role that engagement, brand positioning, and innovation play in supporting long-term success. She is particularly focused on strengthening connections between team members and leadership by championing company culture and efforts that promote alignment and collaboration. Her leadership approach reflects this commitment through an emphasis on individual strengths, continuous learning, and meaningful opportunities for professional development. Having started her career at Burke as a college student herself, Gitana also leads the company’s internship program, helping shape and support the next generation of industry professionals. Beyond Burke, Gitana is actively involved in AGC / NCA, NAIOP, and AMI. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family, with recent adventures including Finland, Aruba, and Tahiti!
