All’Antico Vinaio

All’Antico Vinaio, a legendary Florentine sandwich shop, is located within the UnCommons development. Considered as one of the best street food experiences in the world and “home of the world’s best sandwiches”, All’Antico Vinaio, a 1,343 square foot shop, adds a one-of-a-kind cuisine experience to the flourishing culinary culture of Las Vegas. Designed in-house by BSP Studio and built by Burke Special projects, this tenant improvement project is located inside an existing parking structure. The scope of work features modifications to exterior storefront to reflect the shop’s vibrant culture, new walls, floor and ceiling finishes, new light fixtures, new millwork and doors and new related MEP modifications / additions.
