A design-assist project to increase electrical energy efficiency for 37 buildings at the Fort Irwin National Training Center. The scope of this project included meter installations on all buildings to monitor progress from current existing facility systems to a newer energy efficient system. Additionally, the construction included the installation of new ballasts, occupancy control sensors and lighting control panels in all buildings and rooms as required.
