Located next to the Hard Rock Café on the world famous Las Vegas Strip, FlyOver Las Vegas is a state-of-the-art immersive multimedia ride experience. FlyOver Las Vegas is nature-inspired, engineered to turn, dip and swoop throughout the duration of the ride, enhancing realism with the help of winds, mists, and nature’s scents. . This project consisted of a complete demolition and renovation of an existing movie theatre space. Scope of work included excavating approximately 25’ down to create two new 52.5’ wide spherical screens to fully immerse riders into the scenery. Riders can choose to experience soaring over the iconic scenes of the West Coast or the beautiful landscapes in Iceland.

This project is pursuing a Green Globes Certification for their commitment to sustainability.

The Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Senior Center is a 75,000 square foot single story addition and expansion of the original building located in the heart of Las Vegas. The project includes the addition and removal of a temporary parking lot used during the construction phase along with the enlargement of an existing kitchen and the relocation of water, fire, gas as well as sewer utilities.

The Wilson Elser office space was designed for hoteling, which allows employees the ability to work in a different office each day. In addition to the unique functioning of the overall space, each individual office and cubicle is equipped with an iPad which serves as an employee check in station. This office space also boasts a mixture of open, ACT and baffle ceiling designs with axiom clouds as well as wood feature walls throughout.
