Preconstruction services and construction of the new 65,000 square foot education facility for Nevada State College (NSC) that includes a two-story building with one semi below grade floor. The facility includes new speech therapy labs, early childhood / STEM classrooms and training areas. Additionally, the building has extensive glazing, home masonry and a structural steel roof.
