William R. Lummis Elementary School

This project is currently under construction. The Comprehensive Modernization of William Lummis Elementary School includes but is not limited to, the replacement of the IN AC equipment, EMS/BAS control system, new ER/TR buildout, remove and replace cast iron plumbing vent pipes, plumbing fixtures and water heaters and refurbish restrooms. Existing lighting to be removed and replaced with LED light fixtures. Upgrade all low voltage systems, such as security CCTV, intrusion detection, WfFI, etc., and recover of existing build-up roofs with 80 mil PVC. In addition, all doors and hardware will be removed and replaced. Existing ceilings to be removed and replaced throughout, high traffic areas to be repainted in addition various classrooms will need to be repainted to cover previous surface mounted devices that were demolished. Exterior scope of work includes re-caulk and paint of building exterior areas.
