Bluepoint Solutions featured a 13,580 square foot tenant improvement on the second floor of a Class A office building. Improvements included a complete HVAC system, fire sprinklers & alarm system, audiovisual, security systems as well as a complete office improvement build-out. Unique vintage style architectural design features and sustainable elements were incorporated throughout the project.

The Scullery at the Ogden

The Scullery at The Ogden is a unique bar and nightclub in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. This project was funded through Tony Hsei’s grant to revitalize the historic downtown strip with new development. This project consisted of collaboration with the design team to create a space that felt authentically unique with a modern, second-generation industrial feeling while keeping costs within the limited budget constraints of the owner. The project featured a black box theater with mezzanine level, private viewing area and AV rooms as well as a full-service bar and kitchen area.

Located in the upscale Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois, this project is 31,000 square feet. This project contains numerous exciting features including PIRCH’s signature full-service coffee bar, Bliss Café. Other features include a live demonstration kitchen and a back of house support kitchen, which is capable of producing nearly a thousand meals a day for their guests. To display kitchen appliance products in their natural setting Burke constructed fully interactive kitchen vignettes. Burke also constructed 15 active bath vignettes and an exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items such as steam and dry saunas. One of this innovative project’s most unique features is a fully active outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, grill tops, beer refrigeration, live walls with built-in flat screens and more.

Located in the picturesque La Jolla area of San Diego at the upscale Westfield UTC Mall, this 25,000 square foot project features a full-service coffee bar and a back-of-house support kitchen. To display kitchen appliance products in its natural setting, Burke constructed 18 full active kitchen vignettes. Duplicating this effort for the plumbing side of the business, Burke constructed 15 active bath vignettes and an exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items. One of the most unique features of this project is the ultimate man cave, a fully active outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, grill tops, beer refrigeration, live walls with built-in flat screens and more.
