The expansion of Axia was a double tenant improvement which included over 3,000 square foot of open and closed office spaces as well as a separate conference/ training area. This tenant improvement joins two tenants within one suite via a common corridor.

Two new Pirch distribution centers in Santa Fe, California and Oceanside, California. Our first distribution center was 38,000 square feet and was an expansion as well as the renovation of an existing mid-bay industrial building. Our second distribution center was a 25,317 square foot distribution center expansion and renovation, which included new offices, a training area as well as an in house gym for employees.
