The Harry Reid Research & Technology Park is designed to be a fully master planned business, research and technology community for emerging enterprises across the country. This new 116,362 square foot Class A office core and shell building was the first space to break ground within the office park. It is a four-story facility featuring a three-story tilt with a fourth-story steel frame structure. Upon completion, the building was Green Globes certified and has been built with energy efficient materials such as variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and car ports that are solar panel ready. Exterior finishes include metallic stucco, critical wall panels and curtain walls. This project will also include landscape and large amenity areas such as basketball courts and pickle ball.

The University of Phoenix introduces the first of its kind, Redflint experience center. This 10,355 square foot tenant improvement featured modular event spaces, meeting spaces as well as open spaces to foster collaborative learning. The scope of this project included the installation operable glass partitions and structural steel for the room divisions. Additionally, the renovation utilized components of the original concrete shell to enhance aesthetic features of the contemporary office space.
