The University of Phoenix introduces the first of its kind, Redflint experience center. This 10,355 square foot tenant improvement featured modular event spaces, meeting spaces as well as open spaces to foster collaborative learning. The scope of this project included the installation operable glass partitions and structural steel for the room divisions. Additionally, the renovation utilized components of the original concrete shell to enhance aesthetic features of the contemporary office space.

Skagit Valley College is a three-story, 72,850 square foot LEED Gold certified project which includes an administrative floor with student services, a college union facility, and several classrooms. The exterior was created with a mix of masonry brick, composite panels as well as curtain walls. As a commitment to sustainability, the construction integrated a variety of environmentally friendly features including rain gardens, underground retention tanks that reuse rainwater to flush toilets, recycled content and locally manufactured building materials as well as smart lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Additionally, the parking areas have electric car charging stations and special parking for low emission vehicles.
