UnCommons is the first-of-its-kind mixed-use development in the Las Vegas’ Southwest market. Designed for the modern workforce’s desire for a workplace that enhances their lives through rich amenities, open space and connectivity. This tenant improvement was the first installment of the bar brand created by John Rich of Big & Rich. This 4,249 square foot bar features military coins sunk into the bar as well as an American Flag made up of American Beer Brands. Additional features consist of reclaimed items such as antiqued barn wood and corrugated metal for the bar and bench seating from old Ford and Chevrolet truck beds. In addition to the full-service bar, this space includes retail space for attire and a stage for bands.

Located at the upscale Glendale Galleria Mall in suburban Los Angeles, this 24,000 square foot building features high-end house finishes, and a full-service coffee bar and back of house support kitchen to serve guests. Burke constructed 18 interactive kitchen vignettes to display kitchen appliances in their natural setting. Burke also built 15 active bath vignettes and an exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items such as steam and dry saunas. One of the unique features of this innovative retailer is a fully active outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, grill tops, beer refrigeration, live walls with built in flat screens and more.

This project included the 20,000 square foot interior fit out of a high-end kitchen, bath and outdoor living showroom for PIRCH, a forward-thinking leader in the home living industry. This Orange County showroom has become PIRCH’s largest showroom and demonstration kitchen to date featuring an extensive, hand-culled array of best-in-class products from some of the most sought-after brands available. This innovative project was built using proven LEED® strategies as well as cutting edge construction techniques with a target of LEED Silver certification in 2012.
