Shift4 is a 69,752 square foot tenant improvement of an existing two-story tilt-up concrete building that is currently under construction. This project consists of developing conference room areas, open office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms as well as an open space area that will be utilized as a call center. Additional scope of this project includes new mechanical infrastructure and rooftop units as well as an existing elevator cab re-finish. Throughout the lobby, we have inserted high-end finishes such as a marble wall in an effort to increase the natural light a skylight in the main conference room was inserted. Additional site work included providing compliant ADA parking stalls in an existing parking lot.

The St. Anthony of Padua Parish Hall project consists of a single-story parish hall building of approximately 16,500 square feet with associated parking. Located on ten acres at the crossroads of Fort Apache Road and Centennial Parkway in northwestern Las Vegas, this facility includes an arched sanctuary space with seating for almost 1,000 people. Features include conference rooms, meeting rooms, offices, restrooms, a beautiful patio area for gatherings, water-efficient landscaping and a covered arched colonnade with convenient parking.

This project consisted of ADA upgrades and miscellaneous improvements to the St Joan of Arc church. The existing restrooms in the courtyard as well as stairs and ramp from the church were demolished to make way for the installation of a new larger restroom, ADA ramp and stairs exiting from the church to the courtyard. Additionally, a third floor was added in the bell tower for additional storage.
