This tenant improvement project consisted of the interior remodel of a furniture store into the intricately designed Sickie’s Burgers and Brews restaurant. Only the seventh restaurant location in the US, this Sickie’s is located in the highly sought-out Town Square Las Vegas. This one-of a-kind restaurant boasts unique dining room décor featuring a brilliant array of vintage signs, license plates, bicycles and car frames. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal from a roster of 50 burgers and 50 brews as well as meals that are exclusive to Las Vegas, all while dining under the suspended frames of classic Chevrolet sedans and a vintage Ford pick-up trucks.

Urth Caffe – Hawthorne is Urth’s newest location and is attached to the company’s new commissary facility located in Hawthorne, California. The commissary is complete with baking, cooking and catering facilities all in one space and will feature a brand-new state of the art coffee-roasting room, which will be visible from the restaurant. The new eatery will feature an open-aired dining experience, along with a water feature on the outdoor patio as well as the usual breathtaking Urth Caffe décor.

The Pho Kim Long project was a 4,078 square foot kitchen and restaurant remodel that includes two different kitchens, a Vietnamese kitchen in the front and a Chinese kitchen in the back. This Town Square restaurant will have high-end finishes, such as an all-glass wine cellar, a stone bar which lights up from below, a steel and glass liquor case above the bar and brick veneer on walls with mosaic art pieces. Additionally, this project will also include a fin blade ceiling, polished concrete floors, remodeled restrooms and custom millwork throughout.
