Two new Pirch distribution centers in Santa Fe, California and Oceanside, California. Our first distribution center was 38,000 square feet and was an expansion as well as the renovation of an existing mid-bay industrial building. Our second distribution center was a 25,317 square foot distribution center expansion and renovation, which included new offices, a training area as well as an in house gym for employees.

Construction of the Seven Hills Behavioral Institute, a 26,400 square foot steel and block 56-bed psychiatric facility, consisting of an outpatient treatment clinic and a two-story in-patient treatment center. The second phase of this project consisted of an expansion and addition to the existing facility. Construction included the conversion of an existing one-story 15,000 square foot office building and the construction of a new one-story 2,415 square foot between the existing hospital and the expansion space.

The Pacific Grove Hospital renovation reclassified the existing space to meet the safety standards required for OSHPD 5150 lockdown status. This 6,720 square foot, 28-bed renovation consisted of a fire alarm system upgrade in conjunction with a sophisticated access control system that fully controls the egress of patients and staff to their new reclassified hospital wing.

This project consisted of a 36,000 square foot expansion and the modernization of an existing school originally built in 1963. The expansion and remodel included three new additions, a new gymnasium, classrooms, science labs and the relocation of the school’s greenhouse. Additional improvements included a new 52,000 square foot parking lot with a concrete paved driveway and a complete repaving of the main lot.
