The Cashman Equipment HQ 55-acre site is laid out as a campus with 7 separate buildings – each housing a separate operation of the facility. The seven buildings include Power Solutions/EPG, Cat Rental Store, Weld Shop, Dyno Shop, Administration, Warehouse and Equipment Shop. The facility had to conform to Caterpillar Corporate Design Guidelines and the owner’s desire “to be as sustainable as possible.” Sustainable features include a ground source heat exchange for HVAC, daylight in 90% of regularly occupied spaces, daylight harvesting (with associated building controls), waterless urinals, low-flow fixtures, occupancy sensors, native landscaping, and recycled and local materials. This project was certified LEED Gold, won multiple NAIOP awards as well as ENRSouthwest Best Green Building award in 2009.

The CCSD Cold Storage Facility project consisted of an addition of a 20,000 square foot kitchen area to this existing food service cold storage facility, a 30,000 square foot remodeling/modernization of the existing kitchen area and a 14,000 square foot office space addition for the Clark County School District. The project scope included a new fire alarm system, new security systems, new CCTV system, and upgrades to the existing security & CCTV systems. Upgrades to this 28-acre site included new dock areas, site lighting, sidewalks and parking areas.

The St. Anthony of Padua Parish Hall encompasses a single-story parish hall spanning approximately 16,500 square feet with associated parking facilities. Positioned on a ten-acre site at the junction of Fort Apache Road and Centennial Parkway in northwestern Las Vegas, this religious establishment features a graceful, arched sanctuary capable of seating nearly 1,000 individuals, as well as conference and meeting rooms, offices, restrooms, an inviting patio for gatherings, water-efficient landscaping and a sheltered arched colonnade with accessible parking.
