The Shift4 office is a 69,752 square foot tenant improvement within a two-story, tilt-up concrete building. This call center project features the development of conference room areas, open office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms and an open space area for coworking purposes. Additional improvements include new mechanical infrastructure and rooftop units, and an existing elevator cab re-finish. Throughout the lobby, high-end finishes, such as a marble wall, were installed to produce a sense of luxury and well-being. Natural light usage increased in this office, with the main conference room featuring a skylight. Additional site work included providing compliant ADA parking stalls in an existing parking lot.

The Silver Hills Health Care Center project was a 17,466 square foot second story addition to an existing medical center. This expansion included 36 patient rooms with full baths, physical therapy area, activity room, dining facility, nurses station and a courtyard area for relaxation. Additionally, the site was fully enhanced with parking, block walls, fire lanes, and landscaping.

Skagit Valley College is a three-story, 72,850 square foot LEED Gold certified project which includes an administrative floor with student services, a college union facility, and several classrooms. The exterior was created with a mix of masonry brick, composite panels as well as curtain walls. As a commitment to sustainability, the construction integrated a variety of environmentally friendly features including rain gardens, underground retention tanks that reuse rainwater to flush toilets, recycled content and locally manufactured building materials as well as smart lighting, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Additionally, the parking areas have electric car charging stations and special parking for low emission vehicles.

This project consisted of a 36,000 square foot expansion and the modernization of an existing school originally built in 1963. The expansion and remodel included three new additions, a new gymnasium, classrooms, science labs and the relocation of the school’s greenhouse. Additional improvements included a new 52,000 square foot parking lot with a concrete paved driveway and a complete repaving of the main lot.

This project was the addition of a new 32,840 square foot two-story classroom building and related site work. The remodel includes a parking lot and playground reconfiguration, replacement of the clock and intercom system, replacement of the HVAC and chiller, installation of the instructional wall, a LAN upgrade and a space conversion.
