The Perry Plaza project was the new construction of a 101,099 square foot affordable housing complex which includes 112 one and two-story units for low-income senior citizens. Thirty three apartments were designed to accommodate special needs residents and included mobility features. This ten building project was funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
