Construction of a 72,000 square foot manufacturing complex located on 3.5 acres in Henderson, Nevada. This state of the art facility is the new corporate headquarters for the Vadatech Corporation. This building features innovative research and development components as well as cutting edge manufacturing equipment. This project was built to LEED Certification standards. Additionally, Burke Construction Group built Vadatech’s original facility in 2006.

Bluepoint Solutions featured a 13,580 square foot tenant improvement on the second floor of a Class A office building. Improvements included a complete HVAC system, fire sprinklers & alarm system, audiovisual, security systems as well as a complete office improvement build-out. Unique vintage style architectural design features and sustainable elements were incorporated throughout the project.

The Cobalt Data Center is a 16,000 square foot tenant improvement that included new facility upgrades, new fiber backbones, CRAC units, HVAC upgrades, installation of backup generators and NVE improvement over 3 acres. This facility is a tier 3 data center and is the first of its kind in Clark County.

The 120,576 square foot Asurion Call Center consisted of a tenant improvement of the top four floors of an existing 6-story building and was awarded the 2015 NAIOP Merit Award Winner for Best Large Tenant Improvement Project. This call center allows over 800 employees to enjoy in-house workout facilities, inviting open spaces, employee café, and a video/gaming lounge.
