This 34,772 square foot Class A office tenant improvement was designed for one of the longest thriving law firms in Las Vegas, Alverson Taylor Mortensen & Sanders (ATM&S). With the intention of creating a modern space for their growing firm as well as incorporating their company logo colors to the new spaces, the design was accomplished by focusing on the needs of the individuals in the office. The exterior walls are lined with private offices and conferences with communal spaces and work spaces in the interior. A large reception area was added as well as a boardroom with high-end finishes, which included modern hard wood flooring and granite countertops throughout to create a sophisticated look.

The Scullery at The Ogden is a unique bar and nightclub in the heart of downtown Las Vegas. This project was funded through Tony Hsei’s grant to revitalize the historic downtown strip with new development. This project consisted of collaboration with the design team to create a space that felt authentically unique with a modern, second-generation industrial feeling while keeping costs within the limited budget constraints of the owner. The project featured a black box theater with mezzanine level, private viewing area and AV rooms as well as a full-service bar and kitchen area.

This Legacy Traditional School is a two story, 96,193 square foot charter school located in Phoenix, Arizona. The most important focus for Legacy is to provide a safe, modern learning environment in their schools. It is rare that you find an indoor gym, indoor turf football field, commercial cook from scratch kitchens, music labs, multi-purpose rooms, library, classrooms and administrative offices all in one school. The design of the school consists of concrete masonry unit (CMU) and wood framing with brick and stucco facades that will have contrasting colors with wainscoting.

Construction of the newest phase of tenant improvements for Tesla at Town Square, Las Vegas. The project space consisted of 44,250 square feet of space and included a full tenant improvement build out of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sound masking systems as well as low voltage features and flooring. This project also consisted of a multi-phased tenant improvement project for two adjacent second-floor suites totaling 113,250 square foot space. These phases also included new flooring, modular furniture, custom millwork and lighting finishes which created a modern and sustainable appearance.
