The Matter Park @ West Henderson Phase II project includes the construction of the WNBA Las Vegas Aces practice facility which will sit adjacent from the Raiders facilities. This expansion is 182,820 sq. ft. of mixed use office and industrial space including 3 flex/showroom warehouse buildings.
