Located across the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and in proximity to the Nellis Air Force Base, the industrial park will provide the north region of the Valley with crucial industrial facilities. The project will consist of two light industrial / warehouse distribution buildings, one standing at 300,000 sq. ft. and the other at 685,000 sq. ft.
