This Legacy Traditional School is a two story, 105,000 sq. ft. charter school located in Surprise, AZ. The new school encompasses over 6 acres of site improvements. The facility includes an indoor gym, multi-purpose room, library, kitchen along with classrooms and administrative offices. Additional features also include an athletic field and basketball court as well as playground equipment and shade structures. The design of the school consists of CMU and wood framing with brick and stucco facades that will have contrasting colors with wainscoting.

The Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Senior Center is a 75,000 square foot single story addition and expansion of the original building located in the heart of Las Vegas. The project includes the addition and removal of a temporary parking lot used during the construction phase along with the enlargement of an existing kitchen and the relocation of water, fire, gas as well as sewer utilities.
