Construction of the Lakeview Worker’s Camp temporary facility that housed the 350 workers building a 42” natural gas pipeline from Wyoming to Oregon. The camp consisted of temporary modular housing with kitchen and dining facilities for 350 personnel on a ten-acre site. This working site was used for approximately 8-12 months, the ten-acre property was then restored to its original state.

This Legacy Traditional School is a two story, 93,000 square foot charter school located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This charter school will be the third Legacy school in the Clark Country District and is expanding back to basic curriculum. The facility includes an indoor gym, multi-purpose room, library, kitchen, classrooms and administrative offices. Additional features include an athletic field and basketball court as well as playground equipment and shade structures.

The North Valley Legacy Traditional School is a two story, 80,717 square foot charter school and was the first campus in Nevada. This facility will be a prototype design that will be used on multiple sites throughout Southern Nevada. The campus includes an indoor gym, multi-purpose room, library, kitchen, classrooms and administrative offices. The design of the school consists of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) and wood framing with brick and stucco facades that will have contrasting colors with wainscoting.

This 64,000 sq. ft. call center was built for Barclaycard US. The first phase of improvements consisted of extensive refurbishment to existing finishes including carpet and paint as well as minor MEP improvements. The second phase required the massive overhaul of main building gear, complete sound-masking systems throughout, furniture renovations, extensive electrical, low voltage, new CRAC units, and UPS power systems so that mission-critical systems never ceased. The final phase involved an extensive 27,800 sq ft remodel with full kitchen/ café and modifications to obtain LEED certification. The project required phased scheduling and the ability to meet specific milestone dates for ribbon-cuttings, employee training schedules, and project turnover.

This project consisted of ADA upgrades and miscellaneous improvements to the St Joan of Arc church. The existing restrooms in the courtyard as well as stairs and ramp from the church were demolished to make way for the installation of a new larger restroom, ADA ramp and stairs exiting from the church to the courtyard. Additionally, a third floor was added in the bell tower for additional storage.
