Construction of Las Ventanas at Summerlin, a multiple story, 199,308 square foot state of the art assisted living facility located in the Summerlin master-planned community. This facility includes 90 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living units and 60 skilled nursing units as well as an Alzheimer’s unit within the assisted living building.
