The Credit One Bank Corporate HQ is a 153,000-square-foot Class A Office development sitting on 23 acres embodies the latest architectural advancements and is the first true four-story concrete tilt-up office building in Southern Nevada. Design strategies encompassed wanting to remain connected and transparent, the design promotes visibility and accessibility with meeting spaces (formal and informal), active circulation that encourages employee interactions and inviting communal / gathering spaces. Incorporating a balance of a simple base palette with visual texture and color, furniture consists of “kit-of-parts” to accommodate growth and adaptability. Acoustical zones are designed with privacy in mind – allowing for quiet breaks to balance the open office workspace. Functional spaces support end-users with abundant access to outdoors and daylight with perimeter windows.

The University of Phoenix introduces the first of its kind, Redflint experience center. This 10,355 square foot tenant improvement featured modular event spaces, meeting spaces as well as open spaces to foster collaborative learning. The scope of this project included the installation operable glass partitions and structural steel for the room divisions. Additionally, the renovation utilized components of the original concrete shell to enhance aesthetic features of the contemporary office space.

Corporate Circle Call Center

The 64,000 square-foot Corporate Circle Call Center project was broken into three phases. The first phase of the improvements consisted of extensive refurbishment to existing finishes as well as minor MEP improvements. The second phase required an overhaul of the main building gear, complete sound-masking systems throughout, furniture renovations, extensive electrical improvements, new CRAC units, and UPS power systems. The third phase involved an extensive 27,800 square foot remodel with a full kitchen as well as modifications to obtain LEED certification.

This 64,000 sq. ft. call center was built for Barclaycard US. The first phase of improvements consisted of extensive refurbishment to existing finishes including carpet and paint as well as minor MEP improvements. The second phase required the massive overhaul of main building gear, complete sound-masking systems throughout, furniture renovations, extensive electrical, low voltage, new CRAC units, and UPS power systems so that mission-critical systems never ceased. The final phase involved an extensive 27,800 sq ft remodel with full kitchen/ café and modifications to obtain LEED certification. The project required phased scheduling and the ability to meet specific milestone dates for ribbon-cuttings, employee training schedules, and project turnover.
