Tenant improvement of a 10,024 square foot 1st generation buildout office for Woodside Homes. Throughout this project, we collaborated with Woodside Homes, homebuilder client, as they did their own flooring, millwork, graphics, and installation of appliances. Additionally, this project included trendy design features, including bright-colored wall and furniture items, wall art and a garage door in the breakroom.

Interior build out of 12,560 square feet of office space. The scope of the project will include light demolition, flooring, interior framing, ceilings and finishes as well as adding a new server room, dedicated air conditioning to server room and voice, data cabling. The space was improved for the use of mobile game developer, Machine Zone, known for the “Game of War” app.

In 2012 we completed a 13,132 square foot tenant improvement which consisted of interior design, framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing finishes as well as extensive security upgrades. In 2016 we completed an 8,058 square foot expansion for William Hill Gaming. The expansion included demolition to part of the existing suite as well as the suite receiving all new flooring, HVAC, interior walls, ceiling, electrical, doors and paint.

The Sykes Call Center is located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center and acts as technical support for the Sony Customers. The scope of this project included the complete demolition of an existing 43,000 square foot tenant improvement. The new space included a new UPS system, state of the art lighting package, extensive tenant specified vinyl branding and a 1,100 square foot cafe/break area. A unique feature of this project was the use of 3form wall panels hung from airplane cable.

Construction of the newest phase of tenant improvements for Tesla at Town Square, Las Vegas. The project space consisted of 44,250 square feet of space and included a full tenant improvement build out of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and sound masking systems as well as low voltage features and flooring. This project also consisted of a multi-phased tenant improvement project for two adjacent second-floor suites totaling 113,250 square foot space. These phases also included new flooring, modular furniture, custom millwork and lighting finishes which created a modern and sustainable appearance.
