A 4,606 square foot tenant improvements for FDM4, which included a highly customized interior as well as a wet bar, custom toilet and custom sink in the owner’s office. Customized interior finishes included beautiful marble flooring, full glass walls and doors as well as custom cabinetry and sinks. Additional scope features consisted of electrical and plumbing work as well as hard lids soffits throughout space.

In 2012 we completed a 13,132 square foot tenant improvement which consisted of interior design, framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing finishes as well as extensive security upgrades. In 2016 we completed an 8,058 square foot expansion for William Hill Gaming. The expansion included demolition to part of the existing suite as well as the suite receiving all new flooring, HVAC, interior walls, ceiling, electrical, doors and paint.

This 28,500 square foot project consisted of converting a warehouse space into an FDA and Nevada Health Department certified food processing facility that produces Aloha Shoyu’s world famous teriyaki and soy sauces. Improvements consisted of the installation of a gas boiler, trench drains, high-pressure distribution lines, electrical and gas distribution systems. A 10,000 square foot “clean room,” unistrut ceiling structure and full epoxy flooring were also installed.

This project was a complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing modernization of a fully functioning elementary school. In order to allow the school to remain in session the project was completed in phases and additional attention was paid to safety given that children were present during construction. Additionally, a new central plant was added, new roof top HVAC units were installed and the roof was structurally rebuilt.

The Sykes Call Center is located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center and acts as technical support for the Sony Customers. The scope of this project included the complete demolition of an existing 43,000 square foot tenant improvement. The new space included a new UPS system, state of the art lighting package, extensive tenant specified vinyl branding and a 1,100 square foot cafe/break area. A unique feature of this project was the use of 3form wall panels hung from airplane cable.
