A 150,000 square foot, four-story office building including workstations and conference rooms as well as 200 additional covered parking spaces. The space will also feature a dining area, game room, and walkway which will connect the new building to the existing building.

A tenant improvement of Greathouse Physical Therapy & Sports Science, a program designed to offer physical therapy and sport-specific training programs to patients in a modern atmosphere. The 6,000 square foot facility is comprised of a fitness center that exceeds industry standards, 10 treatment stations and six private rooms. The building features include exposed ceilings, wall tile and luxury vinyl floors.
