Christie Lites is a 155,000 square foot office and warehouse tenant improvement. This project consisted of two cloud ceilings, the first cloud is completely suspended approximately 26′ in the air and the second is semi-floating while attached to the back wall, which creates a waterfall/cascade effect with 90 degree LED lighting. Additionally, the warehouse buildout included five large fans that span the length of the building that will move and condition the air in conjunction with the 28 evap coolers for the 28 new dock levelers.
