The Diamond Wealth project consisted of a 2,080 square foot high-end design-build office space where we collaborated closely with the designer to build. This office included high-end features such as stone countertops, high-end fixtures and french doors throughout the space. This tenant improvement was on a fast-paced schedule and consisted of detailed coordination with client vendors to complete on schedule.

Bluepoint Solutions featured a 13,580 square foot tenant improvement on the second floor of a Class A office building. Improvements included a complete HVAC system, fire sprinklers & alarm system, audiovisual, security systems as well as a complete office improvement build-out. Unique vintage style architectural design features and sustainable elements were incorporated throughout the project.

This 28,500 square foot project consisted of converting a warehouse space into an FDA and Nevada Health Department certified food processing facility that produces Aloha Shoyu’s world famous teriyaki and soy sauces. Improvements consisted of the installation of a gas boiler, trench drains, high-pressure distribution lines, electrical and gas distribution systems. A 10,000 square foot “clean room,” unistrut ceiling structure and full epoxy flooring were also installed.

Construction of the Seven Hills Behavioral Institute, a 26,400 square foot steel and block 56-bed psychiatric facility, consisting of an outpatient treatment clinic and a two-story in-patient treatment center. The second phase of this project consisted of an expansion and addition to the existing facility. Construction included the conversion of an existing one-story 15,000 square foot office building and the construction of a new one-story 2,415 square foot between the existing hospital and the expansion space.
