The modernization and enhancement of an existing 180,000 square foot warehouse into a distribution center for Bed, Bath & Beyond which included a two-story administrative office, receiving and shipping department as well as a wrapping/shipping platform. This project also consisted of the demolition and construction of new dock levelers and equipment as well as the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

This was a multi-phased project consisting of site work, demolition, abatement and construction of a new 32,283 square foot bus and equipment maintenance facility for the Bellevue School District. The previous antiquated facility remained operational during construction and went undisturbed by the new construction. This facility received LEED Gold Certification and includes sustainable features such as energy efficient solar panels, heat recovery systems and geothermal wells.

The Sykes Call Center is located in the Cheyenne Corporate Center and acts as technical support for the Sony Customers. The scope of this project included the complete demolition of an existing 43,000 square foot tenant improvement. The new space included a new UPS system, state of the art lighting package, extensive tenant specified vinyl branding and a 1,100 square foot cafe/break area. A unique feature of this project was the use of 3form wall panels hung from airplane cable.

This tenant improvement project consisted of the comprehensive enhancement of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, focusing on vital ADA upgrades. Notable renovations, include improvements to existing courtyard restrooms, church stairs and ramps, facilitating the establishment of an expanded restroom, accompanied by an ADA-compliant ramp and stairs, and an accessible link between the church and the courtyard. Moreover, an innovative addition unfolded within the bell tower – a third floor, meticulously crafted to enrich the church’s storage capabilities.
