This tenant improvement is a demo-remodel / expansion for the Kimley-Horn offices. The scope of work for this project includes demolition of all finishes and walls, the addition of electrical and bracing to structurally and electrically support a DIRTT wall system and 2 paint colors and new floor finishes. Our scope also includes a few additional processes such as installing all-new millwork in the kitchenette.

Interior build out of 12,560 square feet of office space. The scope of the project will include light demolition, flooring, interior framing, ceilings and finishes as well as adding a new server room, dedicated air conditioning to server room and voice, data cabling. The space was improved for the use of mobile game developer, Machine Zone, known for the “Game of War” app.

The Hall Prangle & Schoonveld project was a 6,800 square foot office tenant improvement that consisted of extensive demolition of a second-floor office space as well as a rebuild for the allocation of a local law firm. All work was completed in a heavily occupied building requiring coordination of most construction activities. The millwork scope was fairly large and included detailed drywall, soffits and a feature wall in the breakroom.

In 2012 we completed a 13,132 square foot tenant improvement which consisted of interior design, framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing finishes as well as extensive security upgrades. In 2016 we completed an 8,058 square foot expansion for William Hill Gaming. The expansion included demolition to part of the existing suite as well as the suite receiving all new flooring, HVAC, interior walls, ceiling, electrical, doors and paint.

The modernization and enhancement of an existing 180,000 square foot warehouse into a distribution center for Bed, Bath & Beyond which included a two-story administrative office, receiving and shipping department as well as a wrapping/shipping platform. This project also consisted of the demolition and construction of new dock levelers and equipment as well as the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
