Matter Craig Corporate Center is a 155,790 square foot concrete tilt-up industrial building with divisibility to 36,450 square feet. This project includes 28 loading docks, 4 grade level loading entrance ways and 5 storefront entry locations complete with canopies, ESFR sprinklers, 30’ clear height and 54’ x 55’ typical column spacing. The building also has prismatic skylights, SuperNeutral Low-E glass and R30 Insulation to maximize energy savings.

Construction of 130,000 square foot, two tilt-up industrial warehouse buildings for Marnell Airport Center, located by the McCarran Airport. These buildings were constructed on a 10-acre parcel using tilt-up panels and storefront glazing. This project also consisted of landscape and parking improvements to accommodate the building structures.

Two new Pirch distribution centers in Santa Fe, California and Oceanside, California. Our first distribution center was 38,000 square feet and was an expansion as well as the renovation of an existing mid-bay industrial building. Our second distribution center was a 25,317 square foot distribution center expansion and renovation, which included new offices, a training area as well as an in house gym for employees.
