The expansion of Axia was a double tenant improvement which included over 3,000 square foot of open and closed office spaces as well as a separate conference/ training area. This tenant improvement joins two tenants within one suite via a common corridor.

A 5,703 square foot remodel of financial advisory offices. The project consisted of expanding a common corridor through an existing space, reducing the overall office size, as well as creating two separate offices. Additionally, modifications were made to the existing tenant finishes to create a refreshed and modern workspace.
