The Harry Reid Research & Technology Park is designed to be a fully master planned business, research and technology community for emerging enterprises across the country. This new 116,362 square foot Class A office core and shell building was the first space to break ground within the office park. It is a four-story facility featuring a three-story tilt with a fourth-story steel frame structure. Upon completion, the building was Green Globes certified and has been built with energy efficient materials such as variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and car ports that are solar panel ready. Exterior finishes include metallic stucco, critical wall panels and curtain walls. This project will also include landscape and large amenity areas such as basketball courts and pickle ball.

The RBC Wealth Management project is 4,813 square foot Class A office tenant improvement designed for one of the most respected financial institutions on Wall Street. This tenant improvement consisted of executive offices with wrap-around balconies featuring a radius corridor as well as collaborative open office space. The perimeter of the office includes roller shades on the exterior for energy efficiency while allowing for a scenic view of the Las Vegas Valley. To enhance the features within the office, the space includes large sidelights using wood jambs on the radius wall. Additionally, the office includes high-end tile work and flooring throughout the offices and conference rooms.

This project consisted of a three-story 81,616 square foot Class A office building that sits within the Marnell Airport Center. This building features a combination of glass and tilt-up construction panels with build-to-suite capabilities. Additionally, Burke completed a tenant improvement of the space for the new administrative offices for the Department of Aviation overseeing McCarran International Airport.

Tenant improvement of the entire 9th floor of ONE Summerlin. This 12,460 square foot Class A office project was aesthetically designed for the local Ballard Spahr office location, a prestigious national law firm. This open reception space contains a seating area as well as large glass windows which allow for scenic exterior views. The walnut wood and neutral finishes add warmth while providing a sleek, clean and timeless look. The overall transitional design and finishes allow for a classic and professional feel.
Located on the 7th Floor of the ONE Summerlin office building in Downtown Summerlin, this suite boasts sweeping views of the Las Vegas valley in an upscale downtown setting. This 4,143 square foot office tenant improvement was organized to take advantage of the expansive perimeter windows that provide considerable amounts of natural daylight to the space. The modern color tones, luxurious textures and use of noble materials such as woods, metals and stone, blends harmoniously with the contemporary aesthetic of the selected furnishings. Pendant light fixtures were selected for their stylish, contemporary lines and forms. Overall, the composition of the suite emulates the refinement of the office environment.
