The modernization and enhancement of an existing 180,000 square foot warehouse into a distribution center for Bed, Bath & Beyond which included a two-story administrative office, receiving and shipping department as well as a wrapping/shipping platform. This project also consisted of the demolition and construction of new dock levelers and equipment as well as the installation of all new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Two new Pirch distribution centers in Santa Fe, California and Oceanside, California. Our first distribution center was 38,000 square feet and was an expansion as well as the renovation of an existing mid-bay industrial building. Our second distribution center was a 25,317 square foot distribution center expansion and renovation, which included new offices, a training area as well as an in house gym for employees.

The 20,000 square foot home store now specializes in top-shelf lifestyle goods for the home and carries a curated array of superior brands for indoor and outdoor kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor lifestyle appliances where playing with the merchandise is encouraged and appreciated! Other features include a live demonstration kitchen and a back of house support kitchen that can produce nearly a thousand meals a day for their guests. One of the most unique features of this innovative project is the ultimate man cave, a fully active outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, grill tops, beer refrigeration, live walls with built-in flat screens and more.

Located in the upscale Oakbrook Center in Oak Brook, Illinois, this project is 31,000 square feet. This project contains numerous exciting features including PIRCH’s signature full-service coffee bar, Bliss Café. Other features include a live demonstration kitchen and a back of house support kitchen, which is capable of producing nearly a thousand meals a day for their guests. To display kitchen appliance products in their natural setting Burke constructed fully interactive kitchen vignettes. Burke also constructed 15 active bath vignettes and an exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items such as steam and dry saunas. One of this innovative project’s most unique features is a fully active outdoor kitchen featuring a pizza oven, grill tops, beer refrigeration, live walls with built-in flat screens and more.

To display kitchen appliance products in its natural setting, Burke constructed 18 full active kitchen vignettes. Duplicating this effort for the plumbing side of the business, Burke constructed 15 active bath vignettes and an exquisite spa featuring a waterfall and personal wellness items.
