Shift4 is a 69,752 square foot tenant improvement of an existing two-story tilt-up concrete building that is currently under construction. This project consists of developing conference room areas, open office spaces, restrooms, breakrooms as well as an open space area that will be utilized as a call center. Additional scope of this project includes new mechanical infrastructure and rooftop units as well as an existing elevator cab re-finish. Throughout the lobby, we have inserted high-end finishes such as a marble wall in an effort to increase the natural light a skylight in the main conference room was inserted. Additional site work included providing compliant ADA parking stalls in an existing parking lot.

The 64,000 square-foot Corporate Circle Call Center project was broken into three phases. The first phase of the improvements consisted of extensive refurbishment to existing finishes as well as minor MEP improvements. The second phase required an overhaul of the main building gear, complete sound-masking systems throughout, furniture renovations, extensive electrical improvements, new CRAC units, and UPS power systems. The third phase involved an extensive 27,800 square foot remodel with a full kitchen as well as modifications to obtain LEED certification.

This Sykes Call Center was a 33,150 square foot tenant improvement interior buildout for their client AT&T. This build-out features vivid color schemes on the walls and flooring with 80″ big screen TVs to broadcast technical and entertaining information in all work areas. The office will accommodate 473 work personal with a break room and showcase rooms with glass storefront walls.
