A full warehouse remodel for the 4500 Wynn Warehouse for Bel Air Wynn, LLC. The scope of work included converting a warehouse facility into an office and warehouse space which now is comprised of warehouse space, offices, conference rooms and common areas. Additionally, we added a new ADA ramp and stair set as well as exterior windows, 5,000g septic tank, slats to the exterior fence and new landscaping.
