Sunlife Organics, located within the UnCommons mixed-use development, is a 1,033 sq. ft. tenant improvement for the health-centric eatery. The Sunlife Organics juice bar provides the southwest Las Vegas community with organic superfood bowls, smoothies and cold-pressed juices. This project features the addition of new walls, electrical work, plumbing lines for food service equipment, water, drains, etc., as well as a new mechanical system.

Urth Caffe – UnCommons is an organic heirloom coffee café located in the Southwest region of Las Vegas in a new mixed-use campus. The restaurant space includes a state-of-the art organic-food based kitchen. The concept begins with customers entering the establishment and ordering at a café-style-counter, then they can seat themselves in the open-concept dining area or on the patio that is located in the courtyard of the mixed-use campus. The elements accenting and tying the atmosphere together are a mural covering on the wall above the ordering counter, a dessert showcase allowing customers to see the desserts on the menu, heaters located on the patio for the colder months, and a rustic tile water fountain complimenting the patio space. There is also a refreshments bar located near the front door featuring water, coffee fix-ins, and to-go containers that customers can help themselves. The space features tile, wood, marble, and brick details accenting the restaurants aesthetic. The café is surrounded by Class A office spaces, other state-of-the-art restaurants, and an urban feel that brings the whole campus together.

The Sundry is located at the heart of UnCommons, the new mixed-use development in southwest Las Vegas. The Sundry was designed and built to reflect the growing culinary culture in the valley and features a curated collection of regional and international cuisine. An 18,000 square-foot culinary destination where an abundance of flavors intermingle in endless combinations, The Sundry combines state-of-the-art technology and an array of beautifully designed spaces, all under one roof. Featured culinary experiences consist of the two full-service restaurants B.S Taqueria and Mizunara, 4 bars, and 12 food hall concepts including Bar Oysterette, Barzotto, Dhaba Ji, Diane’s Bloody Mary Bar, Easy Slider, Kavos Coastal Greek Grill, Kowbird, Petite Peso, Saint Honore Doughnuts & Beignets, Smitten Ice Cream, Soulbelly and The Happy Hoagie.

This tenant improvement project consisted of the interior remodel of a furniture store into the intricately designed Sickie’s Burgers and Brews restaurant. Only the seventh restaurant location in the US, this Sickie’s is located in the highly sought-out Town Square Las Vegas. This one-of a-kind restaurant boasts unique dining room décor featuring a brilliant array of vintage signs, license plates, bicycles and car frames. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal from a roster of 50 burgers and 50 brews as well as meals that are exclusive to Las Vegas, all while dining under the suspended frames of classic Chevrolet sedans and a vintage Ford pick-up trucks.
