The Harry Reid Research & Technology Park is designed to be a fully master planned business, research and technology community for emerging enterprises across the country. This new 116,362 square foot Class A office core and shell building is the first space to break ground within the office park. It is a four-story facility featuring a three-story tilt with a fourth-story steel frame structure. When this project is complete it will be Green Globes certified and has been built with energy efficient materials such as variable refrigerant flow (VRF) and car ports that are solar panel ready. Exterior finishes include metallic stucco, critical wall panels and curtain walls. This project will also include landscape and large amenity areas such as basketball courts and pickle ball.

The 30,969 square foot Amazon office located on the second floor at Town Square is a high end office space that includes wood slat clouded ceilings, operable partitions, polished concrete, a large light fixture package, and wood brick scrum walls made out of reusable material. The space also contains a state of the art graphic design package that features an interactive match game. The exterior of the building will contain a patio canopy that connects to the building.
