Located next to the Hard Rock Café on the world famous Las Vegas Strip, FlyOver Las Vegas is a state-of-the-art immersive multimedia ride experience. FlyOver Las Vegas is nature-inspired, engineered to turn, dip and swoop throughout the duration of the ride, enhancing realism with the help of winds, mists, and nature’s scents. . This project consisted of a complete demolition and renovation of an existing movie theatre space. Scope of work included excavating approximately 25’ down to create two new 52.5’ wide spherical screens to fully immerse riders into the scenery. Riders can choose to experience soaring over the iconic scenes of the West Coast or the beautiful landscapes in Iceland.

This tenant improvement project consisted of the interior remodel of a furniture store into the intricately designed Sickie’s Burgers and Brews restaurant. Only the seventh restaurant location in the US, this Sickie’s is located in the highly sought-out Town Square Las Vegas. This one-of a-kind restaurant boasts unique dining room décor featuring a brilliant array of vintage signs, license plates, bicycles and car frames. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal from a roster of 50 burgers and 50 brews as well as meals that are exclusive to Las Vegas, all while dining under the suspended frames of classic Chevrolet sedans and a vintage Ford pick-up trucks.

Urth Caffe – Hawthorne is Urth’s newest location and is attached to the company’s new commissary facility located in Hawthorne, California. The commissary is complete with baking, cooking and catering facilities all in one space and will feature a brand-new state of the art coffee-roasting room, which will be visible from the restaurant. The new eatery will feature an open-aired dining experience, along with a water feature on the outdoor patio as well as the usual breathtaking Urth Caffe décor.

A 5,500 square foot organic heirloom coffee caffé tenant improvement located within the Wynn Las Vegas luxury resort. This space includes handmade ceramic tile fountains as well as a unique star-shaped skylight component which will compliment features of the shopping plaza. This project also included food preparation equipment and storage on the bottom floor of the facility.

Construction of 42 luxury suites on the top 6 floors of the Residences at Mandarin Oriental. This project consisted of 147,876 square feet of space and divided into seven luxury penthouse condos. Interior framing was steel stud with double layer drywall brought to a level five finish with five-star interior finishes. The flooring was cast-in-place concrete with concrete support columns and a glass curtain wall system.
