Burke Construction Group completed construction on a new expanded warehouse facility for the Frito Lay Las Vegas Distribution Center on behalf of Con-Real, LP.

The approximately 30,000 sq. ft. expansion facility was designed to expand Frito Lay’s existing warehouse facility. The expanded space, constructed directly adjacent to the active warehouse, utilized tilt wall panel construction similar to the existing warehouse building. The two areas now function as one common warehouse space.

Designed by William E Franz, AIA, construction completed in September of 2016. A special congratulations to the project team led by Pat Schueppert on this project – honored in July with an AGC Safe Site Award.
